About your Team
As part of our design team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visuals behind our subscription campaigns. From crafting eye-catching social ads to designing polished display ads, email templates, and website visuals, your creativity will help elevate our brand. You’ll also collaborate on evolving our digital design system, ensuring everything we create is not just beautiful but also scalable.
At Teachable, designers are embedded in tiger teams, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive success. You’ll report to the director of design and experience, and together with your fellow designers, you’ll have the opportunity to create experiences that inspire creators and help grow their businesses with Teachable.

Do you get a thrill out of designing scroll-stopping social ads, email templates that demand a click, and creating compelling product visualizations that help users understand complex feature sets? This position will be based anywhere you can access great Wi-Fi and even greater ideas in Brazil. You will work closely with our U.S. design team.
You will report to our Head of Design and Experience.
In this role, you'll:
🎨 Create: Design visually stunning, brand-consistent assets across a range of mediums, including emails, social ads, display ads, landing pages, and more. From static and animated banners for display ads to tooltips and pop-ups for in-app communication, your designs will elevate our brand and resonate with our audience. You'll ensure consistency with our visual language while delivering designs that clearly communicate our message across all digital touchpoints.
🤝 Collaborate: Work closely with marketers, product managers, copywriters, and other designers to bring our company vision to life. Partner with marketing to craft high-impact campaigns, design creative for different platforms and ensure consistency with platform-specific guidelines.
🚀 Experiment: Push creative boundaries through data-driven design, experimenting with new visual concepts and A/B tests to maximize impact. Explore fresh layouts, test new visual styles, and contribute to evolving our brand through innovative design approaches. Your work will balance creativity with results, optimizing designs for various sizes and formats to ensure effective ad placements.
💡 Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table, challenge the status quo, and help us bring in our next 30,000 customers.
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years of digital design work experience (in-house internship experience also accepted)
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Braze, Pendo, and Webflow
Understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with data-driven design optimizations
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Motion graphics experience is a plus
