Video Editor/Social Media Manager
Were looking for a creative and fast-moving Video Editor who knows what works on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role is all about turning raw footage into sharp, scroll-stopping short-form content that reflects the values and connects with the community.Youll be working directly with the Founder to edit, optimize, and schedule videos that tell real stories, supporting it's mission of providing person-centered care to individuals with disabilities. Work Hours: 15hours/week (part-time with potential to transition into full-time); AU working hours Work Set-Up: Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor Salary: $300-480 Key Responsibilities:
Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram Reels trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Edit 45 short-form videos (20 secs each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive; include basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
Design simple, on-brand graphics and maintain a natural, authentic visual style across all content.
Write engaging captions, schedule posts for peak engagement, and publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Collaborate closely with the founder for approvals, take creative feedback well, and make necessary revisions.
Role Requirements:
Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
Strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video
Able to create content matching brand tone for kids to young adults
Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing time independently
Portfolio with relevant short-form video and social media examples
Nice to have:
Understanding of youth trends and content
Creative and able to work with little supervision
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other editing tools
