Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions

• Transform UGC into polished ad creatives

• Collaborate with teammates and clients on creative direction

• Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in paid social video editing (DTC/e-commerce preferred)

• Strong eye for storytelling and ad flow (hook body CTA)

• Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite

• Experience with static/gif & video creatives

• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred

• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative

• Tech Requirements: Windows (64 GB RAM + 8GB GPU) or Mac (M2 chip or later)
