The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and develop strategic partnerships across key national and regional healthcare accounts. This role drives the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to contract closeand works closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure client success. You will also provide leadership to our Inside Sales Team, ensuring strong pipeline development and professional growth opportunities for team members. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

  • Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities with key healthcare accounts.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.

  • Lead contract negotiations and secure operational alignment on new business.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine value propositions and improve client onboarding.

  • Oversee Inside Sales to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline quality.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • 57 years of proven success in healthcare sales, with national account experience.

  • Strong leadership skills and track record building high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes.

  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales technologies.

  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

  • Reliable and stable Internet for taking professional calls and video conferencing.

  • A quiet and professional work environment suitable for speaking with customers and staff about sensitive information.

Compensation: $125k-$150 plus Commission
