Role Summary:

As Vice President of Product at Builder.io, you will be at the helm of our product strategy and vision, guiding our products from conception through launch and beyond. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure our products not only meet but exceed our developer community's needs. Your expertise in devtools products and deep technical understanding of API design and developer experience will be key in shaping the future of visual development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management team in defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Builder.io, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

  • Spearhead the development and innovation of our Visual CMS and Visual Copilot products, focusing on enhancing developer experience and expanding functionality.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and engage with our user base to identify needs, trends, and opportunities within the developer tools space.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive product solutions.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and user-centricity within the product management team and across the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior product management role, specifically within the devtools industry.

  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of product development for developers, including API design and developer experience considerations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead product strategies and visions to successful execution.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of developing user-centric solutions that drive engagement and growth.

  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams and collaborating effectively across departments.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented technology companies.
