Responsibilities include validating automated detections, refining diagnoses, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to internal teams and customers. Analyze vibration and other condition monitoring data from various industrial assets. Review, validate, and enhance fault detections and recommendations produced by the automated diagnostic platform. Generate clear, concise, and technically accurate diagnostic reports tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure adherence to internal analysis standards, alarm criteria, and reporting protocols. Collaborate remotely with reliability engineers, fellow analysts, and customer-facing teams to inform asset health and maintenance decisions. Current and verifiable ISO Category III Vibration Analyst certification (or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of hands-on vibration analysis experience in industrial settings. Experience in large-scale condition monitoring programs or centralized remote monitoring centers. Proficiency with remote analysis workflows and digital reporting platforms. Familiarity with predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies and programs. Previous experience providing diagnostic support in customer-facing roles. Fully remote position aligned with standard U.S. business hours (with occasional flexibility required). Non-routine travel may be necessary for specific initiatives. Candidates must maintain reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, professional remote workspace. High accountability for diagnostic quality, report turnaround times, and data integrity.
