Vendor Operations Specialist II

As a Vendor Operations Specialist, you will support vendor operations within the GRS Claims organization. You will be expected to work under general direction from the Manager of Vendor Operations on more complex tasks, provides day-to-day support to vendors and business partners by consulting on vendor related questions and issues of medium complexity, identify vendor performance trends through research and data analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.\
Candidates must have agency management system experience or agency experience working with multiple carriers.
Responsibilities:
- Answers vendor related questions on systems, processes, technology, and procedures and researches and resolves issues of medium complexity.
- Performs research and data analysis to report on key vendor metrics and presents findings to the vendor and/or team leadership.
- Responsible for assigned contractor`s delivery of work including Quality, Timeliness, and other Service Level Agreements, Inventory Management and other operational metrics.
- Works with the vendor to address and resolve critical issues.
- Facilitates trainings for vendors on new or updated process.
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience/training and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Moderate communication (oral & written) skills to effectively communicate with internal partners and external vendors.
- Strong research, problem solving, analytical, relationship management, and critical thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of business operations.
- Solid project management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
