We enable banks, fintech, retailers, marketplaces, healthcare systems, and many others to provide more secure and delightful experiences to their customers. Through our flagship suite, Incode Omni, we offer an end-to-end omnichannel identity platform that helps businesses address all of their identity needs, from digital onboarding and know-your-customer (KYC) to omnichannel authentication and more. We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our close-knit team and we’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership!

We are seeking a UX researcher to join our Design team and support the development of our products. As a UX researcher, you will be responsible for analyzing and gathering customer feedback, pinpointing customer needs, and proposing product improvements. Getting deep into our customer needs through customer interviews, data analysis, competitive analysis, and user testing will be one key input into your process to inform our team about the core motivations, challenges and opportunities that our customers hold.  A successful candidate will have a solid underpinning in user experience research methods and hands-on applications. • As a User Experience Researcher (UXR), you’ll work alongside designers, product managers, and engineers to deeply understand user needs and create seamless, user-centric experiences.

  • You’ll engage with stakeholders across all levels and functions, influencing every stage of product development from ideation to execution.

  • Your contributions will be essential in crafting intuitive, effective, and delightful products that set Incode apart as a leader in identity verification.

  • You’ll explore user behaviors and motivations through research methods such as interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and field observations.

  • Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of our products and services, ensuring they meet the highest usability and performance standards.

  • Gather and analyze user feedback via methods like usability testing, field research, surveys, and data analysis to inform and prioritize design decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align research efforts with business goals and technical requirements.

  • Effectively communicate research findings through written reports, visualizations, and presentations to influence product direction and strategy.

Qualifications
