UX Designer
As a UX Designer you will be responsible for the UI/UX design of all client-server applications and web applications. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive the successful creation of compelling, cohesive, and consistent end-to-end experiences across HS1’s Revenue Cycle Management functionality. This is an interactive role requiring the skills of a team player who can dig into the details of business requirements with sometimes complex technical constraints. You’ll bring knowledge of design best practices, identify research needs in the product roadmap, and actively manage and facilitate communications with stakeholders. You’ll also work closely with Product, Engineering, and other partners, so building good relationships and collaborating well across teams is essential. All submissions should include a link to your portfolio to be considered for this role. Your portfolio should not only show the final mockups but should demonstrate your design process, including artifacts such as workflow diagrams, sketches, wireframes, design iterations, and prototypes. This role will be remote in the United States with up to 10% as required for business needs. What You Will Do
Lead the design of user workflows and interfaces, which involves creating prototypes to validate design ideas, as well as detailed design specifications for the finished product
Understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to solve complex problems for our customers through comprehensive customer research and interviews
Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, seeking frequent feedback, and integrating multiple considerations into your work
Integrate business constraints into design decisions
Facilitate design thinking initiatives, retrospectives, and critiques
Scope voice-of-customer research with our clients, analyze insights, shepherd research studies, and provide usability assessments to improve our products.
What You Will Have
1-3 years of experience designing and delivering B2B software products in a product designer role
Experience across the entire design process: problem discovery through data and research, solution generation, prototype creation, user testing, and more
Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end user experience designs focused on entire user journeys and interactions

Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
Experience working closely with product managers and engineers
