What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly analytical and experimentation-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help identify the next scalable acquisition opportunities beyond our core channels.

This role will focus on discovering, testing, and validating new user acquisition channels, with a particular emphasis on TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, and emerging platforms. Unlike traditional UA roles focused primarily on scaling established channels, this position is centered around experimentation, learning, and unlocking new growth opportunities through structured testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the testing and validation of new user acquisition opportunities across channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, Meta, and other emerging advertising platforms.

  • Design and execute structured experimentation roadmaps to evaluate new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative concepts, funnels, and acquisition approaches.

  • Apply deep Meta Ads expertise and best practices to inform testing strategies across both established and emerging channels, while also running experiments on Meta when relevant.

  • Build clear testing frameworks and hypotheses, ensuring experiments are statistically sound and generate actionable business insights.

  • Conduct deep funnel and cohort analysis (CPI → CPA → ROAS → LTV) to identify performance drivers and assess the scalability of new acquisition opportunities.

  • Lead creative experimentation in partnership with designers and content creators, driving continuous learning through structured A/B testing.

  • Leverage Tableau and other BI tools to build reporting, uncover insights, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Partner closely with Data, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and experiment design.

  • Apply strong attribution and incrementality knowledge when evaluating channel performance and making investment decisions.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, performance analysis, reporting automation, and workflow efficiency.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising opportunities that could become future growth drivers for the business.

The ideal profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing for B2C companies.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, with a deep understanding of platform best practices, campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding approaches, measurement, and scaling methodologies.

  • Experience managing campaigns across additional channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, or other emerging acquisition platforms.

  • Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, with the ability to derive actionable insights from results.

  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience using Tableau (required) and other BI tools such as Looker.

  • Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar mobile attribution platforms.

  • Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, Web2App funnels, attribution, and performance measurement.

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

  • English proficiency (C1 or higher)
