You should apply if you have:

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

You will be responsible for:

• Perform legal research on UCC filings, judgments, liens, and tax obligations

• File UCC-1 Financing Statements and amendments

• Respond to UCC inquiries from other factoring companies

• Terminate & renew UCC fillings when required

• Assist customer success with completing incoming & outgoing buyouts

• Maintain quality standards and confidentiality on all projects, client, and company matters

• Maintain risk analysis and full due diligence review on existing customers and prospects
