We are looking for a dedicated Territory Manager to join our team and make a real impact in Finland. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique challenge where you will be instrumental in driving the success of our products in the local market.

What You Will Do:

  • Acquisition, development, and growth of new customers within the hospital environment - radiology, vascular surgery, cardiology and neuro radiology.

  • Support, consult, and expand relationships with existing customers.

  • Strong focus on providing case support during procedures, ensuring proper product use and troubleshooting in real-time.

  • Provide educational training for Penumbra products to interventional & neuro physicians and nurses.

  • Execute all sales-related activities for new product launches and presentations to users and purchasing departments.

  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the market.

  • Conduct territory analysis and develop strategic account plans.

  • Implement sales and marketing strategies.

  • Participate in regional trade shows and conferences.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field. Deep knowledge of medical devices, especially in radiology, vascular surgery, cardiology & neurovascular.

  • Proven success in driving medical device sales within hospitals, acquiring new customers, and expanding accounts. Skilled at unlocking growth in new markets.

  • Expert at providing hands-on case support during procedures, ensuring flawless product use and offering real-time troubleshooting. Comfortable in high-pressure surgical environments.

  • Dynamic presenter, able to train interventional and neurovascular physicians and nurses, clearly communicating the technical and clinical benefits of products.

  • Strong track record of nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers, opinion leaders, and healthcare professionals.

  • Sharp analytical skills with a talent for territory analysis and developing strategic plans to fuel market growth.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations, leading successful product launches and driving customer engagement.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Enthusiastic about frequent travel, attending key trade shows, conferences, and providing on-site support to customers.

  • Required for extensive travel within the assigned territory.
