We’re not your typical tech company – and we don’t want to be. Megaport is the global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), and has transformed the way businesses connect to the cloud, data centers, and each other. We’re publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and partnered with the biggest names in tech like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, and more. Headquartered in Brisbane with a crew of over 600 people spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, our employees enjoy an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and (actually) fun.
Our Team Culture
We’re a team of problem solvers, pixel pushers, code slingers, and cloud fanatics. Culture is more than a poster on the wall here – collaboration beats hierarchy, curiosity fuels our growth, and everyone’s voice matters. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We work across time zones to execute on our global vision, trust each other to get things done, and never compromise our values for commercial gain. Most importantly, we place our customers at the center of everything we do.
We’re committed to increasing representation in the tech industry and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Don’t meet every requirement? That’s okay. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.
Your Role

Build Strategies: Analyze market drivers and stakeholder needs to build highly effective, targeted account and go-to-market strategies from scratch.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Rigorously manage your sales pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and deliver highly accurate, predictable business forecasting to leadership.
Collaborate for Success: Partner cross-functionally with Sales Management, Marketing, and Solutions Architects to execute campaigns and craft optimal technical solutions that win new business.
Indirect:
Build the Ecosystem: Actively recruit, onboard, and develop scalable channel partners to drive new business in both existing and untapped markets.
Strategic Alignment: Drive joint account planning and strategy sessions with partners to identify new opportunities, align objectives, and maximize market penetration.
Technical Trusted Advisor: Build deep relationships and engage in complex technical solution designs for partners, prospects, and customers.
What We Are Looking For
The Hunter Mentality: A relentless, self-motivated closer with a proven track record of outbound prospecting and consultative selling in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Methodology & Forecasting: Demonstrated experience applying formal, structured sales methodologies to qualify, navigate, and close complex deals, combined with a high degree of accuracy in sales forecasting.
Experience: Extensive experience with direct and indirect sales for 'as a service' or network solutions.
Technical Acumen: Strong, actionable knowledge of IT ecosystems, data networking, cloud computing, and virtual private networking.
Network & Skills: An established partner network in Iberia, with a demonstrated ability to hunt for and build executive-level relationships.
Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by building a market presence from the ground up.
Requirements: Native Spanish speaker with business-level English. Willingness to travel up to 40%.
