We are building the next-generation technology layer for credit unions. www.blossom.net
We’re looking for a client-focused and detail-oriented Product Trainer with 2+ years of experience creating and facilitating training for technical tools or financial institutions, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable learning both software and hardware products. The ideal candidate designs clear, learner-centered training for card processing and ATM hardware, delivers it confidently to U.S. credit union teams, and helps new clients go live prepared and supported.
About the position
Blossom builds core and digital banking, payments and hardware solutions for U.S. credit unions. As our product offering grows, two of our newest lines, Swipe (card processing) and Branch (ATM and kiosk hardware), need dedicated training coverage. Both require a different skill set from core or digital banking training: card programs, transaction flows and physical device operations.
As the first trainer dedicated to these product lines, you will design and deliver the training that credit union staff need to launch and operate Swipe and Branch with confidence. You will work closely with implementation, product and support teams, and with credit unions during onboarding, to make sure every go-live is backed by trained, prepared users.
Duties
Design and deliver training programs for Swipe (card processing) and Branch (ATM and kiosk hardware) for credit union staff, across live sessions, recorded content and self-service materials.
Build training materials (guides, walkthroughs, job aids, videos) that accurately reflect current product behavior and are updated as products change.
Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions with U.S.-based credit union teams, managing group dynamics and answering questions in real time.
Support credit unions through onboarding and go-live, aligning training timelines with implementation milestones.
Apply adult learning principles to translate technical concepts, such as card transaction flows and device operations, into clear training for non-technical users.
Partner with implementation, product and support teams to stay current on releases, configurations and common client issues.
Collect feedback from training participants and use it to improve content and delivery.
Identify recurring knowledge gaps and share them with product and support teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (C1+), written and spoken, as all client interactions are with U.S.-based credit unions.
2+ years of experience creating and facilitating training for startups, technical tools or financial institutions.
2+ years of experience in ERP, financial implementation, ETL processes or data conversion, ideally including a hardware, POS, ATM or payments-adjacent product.
2+ years of experience working with clients in roles requiring analytical and technical problem-solving.
Instructional design skills to create structured, learner-centered content across multiple delivery formats.
Working knowledge of adult learning principles applied to technical training.
Strong facilitation skills for group training sessions.
Practical understanding of ATM and kiosk hardware operations.
Strong attention to detail in producing accurate, consistent training materials.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and comfort working in iterative, fast-paced product environments.
Preferred
Familiarity with digital banking products, online banking platforms or fintech applications.
Knowledge of card processing concepts (card issuance, authorizations, disputes, card networks).
Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
Perks
100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere during the contract period.
Multicultural Environment – Collaborate with global teams.
Learning & Exposure – Gain hands-on experience in a fintech/digital banking environment.
Impactful Work – Contribute to data solutions that drive strategic decisions.
