We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to join a strategic data transformation program for a global healthcare client, focused on unifying complex data ecosystems and enabling better clinical and operational insights. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each release delivers real value by helping transform fragmented medical and diagnostic data into a cohesive, scalable data platform. This role goes beyond backlog management; it’s about aligning technology, data, and business goals to support innovation in healthcare and patient outcomes.
🧠 What You’ll Do
Your main responsibilities will include:
Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and customer needs.
Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous value delivery.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams across the full product lifecycle.
Drive data-driven product decisions using analytics and stakeholder insights.
Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Apply Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language.
Stay current with AI, data, and healthcare technology trends.
✅ What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience working with data products or platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Lake).
Experience with data modeling, APIs, and data integration.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
SQL experience and STLC exposure are a plus.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
Experience with AI/ML concepts or data science tools is advantageous.
Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
