Technical Lead

We are expanding our development teams and are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join us in the Creatio Low-code division, which consists of 8 scrum teams. 

You have the opportunity to strengthen this dynamic team:

• The responsibility zone involves designing and managing analytics dashboards and reports, including setting up charts, pivot tables, and home pages to monitor KPIs and trends effectively. It covers customizing Freedom UI dashboards with modern charts, metrics, splash screens, background images, and themed appearances for a personalized user experience. Additionally, it includes reporting and printables through different tools, ensuring seamless report generation and distribution. 

• Finally, it encompasses branding and theming efforts, such as CSS customization, logo and color updates, and configuring environments to align with organizational identity.

Responsibilities:

• Development of architectural solutions and development of prototypes together with the team

• Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of development processes, their optimization, and improvement

• Implementation of innovative tools, approaches, and standards in product development

• Facilitation of team meetings (backlog refinement, sprint review (demo), planning)

• Execution of backlog tasks: pair programming, development, consultations on complex tasks)

• Control of the work of the incident team on the 4th line, responsibility for resolving incidents within the framework of the SLA

• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software according to specifications and requirements

• Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers

• Conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system tests

Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on Angular

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role

• Knowledge of OOP, Angular2+/JS

• Architectural principles and patterns

• Engineering practices and tools (Unit testing, Mocking, Postman, Live Unit Test)

• DOM, CSS/SASS

• Experience working with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)   

• English level — Upper-Intermediate (spoken and business writing) or higher

*Experience with C# and .NET will be a plus.
