About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Copywriter Hero who is devoted to the craft of product documentation and crafting user guides and release notes.
Our Technical Copywriter will align closely with our product team to create messaging for every product in our platform. This includes: release notes, user guides, and new feature instructions.
You are the Picasso of technical words!
Your superpowers
- You have a minimum of 2 years of professional Technical Writing experience, including writing technical documentation, user-guides and product release notes
- You have a demonstrable ability to grasp technical concepts and distill them into easily understood terms suitable for a non-technical audience
- Experience with enterprise software and/or consumer-facing web and mobile applications is highly desirable
- Attention to detail is your middle name
