The Associate Tech Designer for Apparel will use technical design skills and knowledge of the current market to improve product ratings to 4+ stars, by creating and enhancing all private label products through technical design processes. Needs to manage the process in Asana, daily interaction with Product Development & coordinate all sample due dates and US fittings.

• 3+ years of experience in Tech Design, building private label apparel products

• Knowledge in women's apparel industry

• Track, log & measure all fit samples

• Experience in building size scales, grade specifications, tech packs & CADs

• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of US fittings & implement

• Passion for technical design & product development

• Understanding the plus size market with passion in making women feel confident is a plus

• Technical flat sketches skills is a plus

• Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and photoshop is a plus

• Knowledge in intimates, seamless and Cut & Sew is a plus
