Team Leader is responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of associates including work assignment, attendance monitoring and performance management. Manages the individual team members to achieve productivity and quality targets; ensure that ample workload is allocated to the associates. Provides leadership, support and motivates associates to achieve and maintain productivity targets. Monitor, organize and provide coaching to the associates on day to day basis. Support and communicates business goals. Responsibilities: Review workable checks on pool and plan the day-to-day management and strategies to achieve targets Ensure team verification completion rating is within FADV SLA (source verification) Team performance management through feedback and coaching Create motivational atmosphere, driving the team to achieve targets Develop a future leader within the team members, enhancing their skills and tapping potentials, creating opportunities for the people to grow. Achieved via trainings, adhoc tasks delegation, responsibility exposures Balance workload amongst individual team members for equal opportunity of good metric scores Ensure all checks are actioned upon real time and no stuck checks in the pool left unactioned. Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Business Management or in any field

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

  • Logical reasoning

  • Effective relationship management skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Effective organizational skills

  • High attention to details and level of accuracy

  • Good time management and stress management skills

  • Good people management skills

  • Active employee of First Advantage or Sterling, A First Advantage Company

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Manages employees performance performs and submits manager review during annual

performance appraisal cycle

  • Manage and execute code of discipline issues notice to explain & coordinates with HR in executing disciplinary action

  • Review and approves overtime application and leave application

  • Manages poor performers by preparing, monitoring employees performance improvement plan

  • Provides and documents coaching with associates

  • Conducts team huddle or meeting as business requires

  • Participate in the hiring process as part of interviewing and assessing candidates

  • Manage associates directly

Schedule and Work Arrangement: Remote-first | Schedule: 7 AM - 3 PM PHT
