What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead Customer Success, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Partners to meet retention and growth goals.

  • Deliver training, coaching, and performance feedback to empower team success.

  • Monitor daily team workflows, ensuring timely and accurate client support.

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Manage escalations and resolve complex client concerns.

  • Partner with Client Success Leaders and Client Success Partners to elevate the client experience.

  • Serve as a backup for day-to-day client activities as needed.

  • Support performance reviews, development plans, and team growth.

  • Take on special projects that drive operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Client Success experience (or strong sales support experience).

  • Prior experience managing teams or leading groups.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
