PaceMate Team Lead Coordinator (full-time, remote) Primary Location: All U.S. Locations (remote) JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking a Remote Team Lead Coordinator Lead who in addition to Cardiac Device Specialist responsibilities, will be an extension of clinical leadership to guide clinical decision making for the team. The Team Lead Coordinator assists with identifying needs for education and competencies while working with leadership to continue to build the overall Clinical Services line, processes, offerings, and resources, as directed by leadership. PaceMateLIVE is the only cardiac remote monitoring platform offering integration with all EHRs and all cardiac device types in one dashboard, providing all patient data live from day one, and enabling intelligent patient prioritization with its unique Auto-Triage feature that focuses on the actionable first. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with decision-making regarding transmission processing and protocols.

  • Assist with empowering the team through educational resources.

  • Support the clinical team by answering team questions (ex. Questions relating to department policies, procedures, workflow and monitoring the admin channel).

  • Assist with alert triage and zoom calls.

  • Create daily team assignments based off data in AQS and reassign as needed.

  • Assist with peer interviews in the interview process.

  • Responsible for attending a minimum of one clinical team lead call and three general team calls per month.

  • Present at least 2 case study, coffee chat, or clinical call presentations per year.

  • Maintain appropriate levels of current knowledge and the ability to interpret, comprehend and apply departmental policies.

  • Assist with process and workflow document review.

  • Report pertinent information to clinical managers.

  • Maintain advanced knowledge of PaceMate products and services (ex. Billing, understanding of vendor and PML alerts and flags).

  • Assist in ensuring consistency in practices and PaceMate Mission, Vision, and Customer Service standards are met. Adhere to the Code of Conduct and all Company Policies and Procedures.

  • Involvement in special projects or other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: An individual must be able to perform each Essential Function of the job satisfactorily.   • A qualified candidate must hold an undergraduate or associate degree, preferably in Business Administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

  • IBHRE certification (CDRMS, CCDS, or CEPS) required within one year of promotion.

  • Demonstrates exceptional relational an

  • Excellent critical thinking skills required.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail required.

  • A demonstrated track record of following through on commitments and deadlines required.
