Because People Matter. As a Tax Supervisor (PCS), you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and building strategies to help develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the tax process.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years’ experience in public accounting with an emphasis in High Net Worth axation
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA license OR EA certified
  • Extensive experience in researching complex tax issues and exposure to a variety of entities and industries
  • Experience developing and training senior and associate level professionals
  • A strong desire to learn
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive thinking 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting to privately held companies and high net worth individuals. 
  • Develop and deliver innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations. 
  • Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries. 
  • Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability. 
  • Supervise tax professionals’ assignments and manage the day-to-day delivery of tax consulting services to the client. 
  • Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance.
