Talent Sourcer
Zencore is a fast-growing company founded by former Google Cloud leaders, architects, and engineers. We are seeking candidates with significant experience in Google Cloud to join our team. Our engagements aim to eliminate obstacles, reduce risk, and accelerate timelines for customers transitioning to Google and seeking assistance with data and application modernization. We embed within customer teams to provide strategic guidance, facilitate technology decisions, and execute projects in a collaborative, co-development style.
Who we need,
Zencore is currently looking for a Talent Sourcer in Mexico. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be a key player in our recruitment team, responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for various roles across the organization. You will utilize your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and market research to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Note: This is a Contract Role. 3 month contract with option to renew. We only need 10-15 hours a week out of this employee
You MUST be located in Mexico to be considered for this role
What you will do...
Talent Identification: Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies.
Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall recruitment goals.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Who we are looking for...
2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company (preferably services/consulting related)
Spanish and English proficiency preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards
Preferable experience with using Lever or other ATS experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a team and autonomously
Strong organizational skills
