As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for building a pool of passive talent to improve recruiting efficiency and quality. The Talent Sourcer will identify, create an outreach, and follow up with top talent, while further establishing effective outbound communications for our brand and providing an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Source passive candidates through various channels by identifying the ideal profile for each of our open roles
Develop, own and execute creative sourcing strategies
Maintain and nurture your pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that align with their experiences and interests
Engage candidates in order to understand their motivators, purpose, and interests
Report pipeline and candidate activity to the Recruiting team
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within ATS
Work with hiring teams to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective strategy
Conduct phone interviews
Provide strategic thought partnership throughout the candidate selection process advising on candidates skill set and company fit
Manage candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications:
2+ years of strong Sourcing experience required in fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required.
Requires experience sourcing and hiring for volume roles
Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates and ability to come up with creative sourcing strategies.
Must have experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
Track record of building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Excellent communication and ability to interact professionally
Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Successful track record of achieving targets
Self-starter with an incredible work ethic
Experience with full life cycle recruiting process
Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadline
