About the Role

We're looking for a bright Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire awesome people to join the KOHO collective. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position will be a 6 month contract to start with possibility of extension. 

What You'll Do

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills

  • Manage a diverse range of positions from all departments at KOHO

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent

  • Maintain HRIS (Greenhouse) data and report on hiring metrics on a monthly basis

  • Support on employer brand initiatives to ensure we are attracting the best talent

  • Support with ad-hoc People Operations projects, as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. CHRP is an asset.

  • 1+ years of full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition experience.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system. Greenhouse ATS experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bilingual (English / French) is an asset
