About the Role
We're looking for a bright Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire awesome people to join the KOHO collective. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position will be an 8 month contract to start with possibility of extension.
What You'll Do
Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills
Manage a diverse range of positions from all departments at KOHO
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent
Maintain HRIS (Greenhouse) data and report on hiring metrics on a monthly basis
Support on employer brand initiatives to ensure we are attracting the best talent
Support with ad-hoc People Operations projects, as needed
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. CHRP is an asset.
1+ years of full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
Experience working with an applicant tracking system. Greenhouse ATS experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual (English / French) is an asset
