The Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, and providing support for the right talent to drive Kueski to the next level. Creating the best experiences for people who are looking for a development opportunity at Kueski.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or People function. 

  • Customer service-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively complete work amid distractions.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members. 

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage interviews for qualified candidates/hiring managers and be a point of contact through the hiring process.

  • Perform background and reference checks.

  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments, and contact details) in internal databases.

  • Assist in setting up orientation for candidates through the recruitment process.

  • Improvement of our candidate experience.

  • Attend events to represent Kueski, including scheduling, preparation, and on-site support.

  • Assist talent acquisition team by attending and giving logistical as well as administrative support for job fairs and college recruiting events.

  • Engage with our People Ops Team to confirm start dates, and maintain accurate and timely documentation on all coordinator activities. 

  • Communicate regularly to hiring teams and recruiters about the interview process and updates.

  • Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all Policies, Procedures, and Compliance regulations (internal and external). 

  • Assist with special projects within the Talent Acquisition organization.
