Job Overview
As the Rev Ops Systems Associate, you will drive process improvements and help evolve how our GTM team leverages our CRM ecosystem to drive Sales productivity and revenue growth. Reporting into the Enterprise Process & Technology team, this role will work closely with leaders in Sales, Strategy and Operations to streamline processes and gather system requirements to implement new features in Salesforce, CPQ and other tools to support the Sales process and forecasting. This role will also work with the offshore admin/development team to ensure features get implemented on time and with high quality standards.
The ideal candidate should be a problem solver with project management skills, have a strong understanding of the B2B Subscription SaaS model and metrics, and have a track record of using Salesforce.com and other 3rd party applications to automate manual processes and improve the productivity of GTM teams. Responsibilities
Work on Salesforce.com development and maintenance (Sales Cloud)
Work on Salesforce CPQ administrative tasks
Maintain and develop integrations across our different business tooling
Work with Sr Process & Technology Manager and Strategy & Planning team to define business problems, identify key requirements, document functional and technical designs, create user stories, and coordinate implementation with offsite development team
Define clear acceptance criteria and test cases, identify test users, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met and upheld.
Maintain data quality and hygiene standards Salesforce, including running bulk data import/updates
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience designing revenue operations processes and building custom solutions in Salesforce (sales cloud) or working as a sr analyst in a Saleforce.com consulting practice.
Experience working with Salesforce.com (flow automation, user management, report, dashboard generation), Salesforce CPQ (setting price and product rules, discount schedules, approval rules, product config)
Understanding of subscription SaaS model and key metrics
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail
Methodical and analytical. Able to translate problems into solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent experience
Experience working on Sales/CS supporting tools such as Clari, Gainsight, LeanData, Gong, CLM tools such as Docusign/ Ironclad, Data Enrichment tools and data standardization tool (DemandTools)
Experience working in Agile methodologies, sprint planning and using tools such as Jira/ ServiceNow.
Experience supporting a large enterprise sales organization
Salesforce.com Certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and CPQ Specialist.

Coursera offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. This role's targeted hiring base salary range is between $65,200 and $81,500. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
