Reporting to the CRO, this role serves as the primary architect and steward of the global partnership business plan, fostering collaborative growth with strategic partners and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Lead Global Partnership Business Plan: Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive global business plan for partnership-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall GTM strategy.
Manage Global Objectives and Pipeline: Set and monitor global objectives and targets, proactively managing the business pipeline to achieve growth and revenue goals.
Collaborate with Marketing on Vertical integration: Work closely with Marketing to align use cases, success stories and messaging partnership strategies and synchronize execution across regions. Partner with marketing and enablement teams to drive joint marketing initiatives and competency development for partnership success.
Set Vision and Investment Plans: Define the long-term vision for partnership-led business and develop investment plans to support strategic objectives and market expansion.
Forecasting and Target Setting: Lead global forecasting and target-setting processes, ensuring accurate projections and effective resource allocation.
Nurture Relationships: Build and sustain high-value executive relationships with partners, ensuring strong engagement and mutual business growth. Build partner engagement and advocacy with Conga sales leaders and their teams.
Govern Leadership Mapping: Establish and maintain a governance framework for leadership mapping, ensuring clear accountability and partner positioning.
Identify & Implement Proactive Origination Plays: Lead efforts to identify business opportunities and implement origination plays that drive new revenue streams.
Joint Offering Ideation: Spearhead ideation and development of joint offerings with partners, ensuring competitive market positioning and value creation.
Conduct QBRs/MBRs: Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with partners to assess performance, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Track Team KPIs for Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the partnership team, driving accountability and high performance.

Objective-Based Metrics: Achievement of global partnership objectives and targets.
Pipeline and Revenue Growth: Expansion of qualified pipeline and delivery of revenue from partnership-led business.
Lead Generation: Volume and quality of new leads generated through partnership initiatives.
Awards and Recognition: Attainment of industry awards and external recognition for partnership excellence.
N2P (New to Partner) Initiatives: Successful launch and scaling of new partner-led offerings.
Rank and Opportunities: Improvement in partner ranking and identification of strategic opportunities.
Relationship Management
Executive Relationship Building: Nurture and expand relationships with key partner executives and internal leadership to drive mutual business growth.
Leadership Mapping and Governance: Oversee leadership mapping to ensure effective partner positioning and governance across all regions.
Partner Positioning: Strategically position the organization within partner ecosystems to maximize market impact and business outcomes.
Strategic Initiatives
Joint Offering Ideation and Execution: Lead the ideation, development, and market launch of joint offerings with partners.
Market Positioning: Drive initiatives that enhance market positioning and competitive differentiation through partnerships.
Proactive Origination Plays: Identify and execute proactive business origination strategies to capture new opportunities.
Performance Management
Team KPI Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on team KPIs to ensure alignment with global growth objectives and continuous improvement.
Growth Alignment: Ensure partnership business growth is aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and feedback loops to drive ongoing performance enhancement.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Experience: Minimum 15 years in partnership management as well as sales experience. Held GTM leadership roles within multinational organizations. Ideally experience in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Skills: Proven ability in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, executive relationship management, business forecasting, and team leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Competencies: Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of global partnership ecosystems.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
U.S base salary range:
