Summary
The Squad Clients is responsible for managing clients relationship
What you'll do
Resolve client tickets and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues.
Contribute to the development of support resources and documentation.
Identify patterns in customer issues and propose process improvements.
Communicate effectively with clients across diverse regions and time zones.
Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced English Level
Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
Understanding of the financial industry.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Understanding of global customer service dynamics and cultural nuances.
Adaptability to evolving processes and technologies.
Detail-oriented approach to record-keeping and issue tracking.
Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering quality service.
(Desirable) Previous experience working with technical products related to the financial industry.
(Desirable) Proficiency in using debugging tools, interpreting behaviors and fetching results from different systems.
(Desirable) Experience in managing client support on a global scale, dealing with diverse cultural and regional considerations
(Desirable) Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users clearly.
(Desirable) Previous experience in a technical support role or IT-related field.
(Desirable) Understanding of cloud computing and relevant technologies.
(Desirable) Certification in relevant areas, such as IT support or specific software products.
(Desirable) Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users clearly.
