Manpower Engineering is exclusively partnering with an industry leading, well-established and growing company in Madison, WI on a remote, highly visible, and direct hire/permanent Structural Engineer position that's available due to continued growth and has very strong advancement potential as the Director of Structural Engineering would ideally like to find someone that can take over this department in the near future.

The company has a very long and strong track record of success – 123 years – and grown 27+% over the past two years and continues to expand. In 2023, our client acquired another company, a leading manufacturer of highly engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. The transaction created one of the largest prefabricated and control Buildings (P&CB) providers in the United States.

They’re a manufacturer of high quality, prefabricated substation control buildings and electrical equipment enclosures for Electric Utility, Power Generation, and Industrial clients. Their pre-assembled, modular steel buildings and integrated packages feature state-of the art design, engineering and materials which provide exceptional protection, energy efficiency, quality and convenience for highly technical customers and applications.

This opportunity offers a very strong compensation plan (base salary and gain sharing), top-notch full benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance and 401k match), and relocation assistance.
