What We're Looking For
Join our dynamic team as a Strategy Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of our ride-hailing business.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and create actionable plans.
Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of existing strategies and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new initiatives.
Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic goals and targets.
Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
Communication: Communicate strategic priorities, progress, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to guide strategic planning.
Required skills
Experience: Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting, preferably in the technology industry.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful strategy execution.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership: Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common goals.
