ABOUT TOMORROW HEALTH

Tomorrow Health enables exceptional healthcare for patients and their families in the place they want to be most — home. At Tomorrow Heath, we build technology that rewires the way home-based care is ordered, delivered, and paid for. Tomorrow Health connects patients, providers, health plans, and home-based care suppliers, to ensure patients receive the correct and timely care they need to remain healthy at home.

We believe in putting patients first, that many perspectives are stronger than one, and in treating those we serve just as we would our own family members. We hope you’ll join us if you’re passionate about improving healthcare delivery, leveraging technology to help people, and working in a collaborative, diverse environment.

THE ROLE

As a Strategy Associate at Tomorrow Health, you will support high-visibility projects that advance value-based care models, capitation agreements, and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will engage in commercial strategy, financial analysis, and operations, leveraging your experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative programs to benefit our health plan customers. The role requires quick learning, initiative, and a hands-on approach to building and refining processes and workflows. If you are passionate about solving complex problems, driving significant change in healthcare, and contributing to an innovative team, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee high-visibility projects that support the growth of value-based care models, capitation agreements, and strategic partnerships.

  • Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and cross-functional teams to implement commercial strategies, financial analyses, and operational improvements that align with Tomorrow Health’s goals.

  • Process Development: Design, build, and refine processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring successful implementation and scaling of new programs.

  • Deliverable Management: Develop plans to manage key deliverables, providing updates on challenges and project status to internal leadership.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, align on project goals, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project timelines, proactively addressing them to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders, while ensuring projects meet established milestones and deliverables.

  • Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative solutions and best practices across projects, ensuring Tomorrow Health remains at the forefront of industry developments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 3-5+ years working for or partnering with health plans, with expertise in contracting, partnerships, business development, and risk-based healthcare, ideally from strategy consulting roles.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of planning processes, materials, and workflows. Capable of executing complex, cross-functional projects independently.

  • Analytical Skills: Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative market analysis, demonstrated in management consulting or business development.

  • Communication: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and project professionalism.

  • Detail-Oriented: Process-driven with a keen attention to detail.

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of health reform, benefit management strategies, service delegation and leading change in health plans.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

  • Passion: A strong belief in the potential to transform healthcare and a commitment to making it a reality.

BENEFITS

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision benefits
