Working at Adaptavist

The Adaptavist Group is a global family of companies with a common goal. We combine the best of teamwork, technology, and processes, helping all kinds of businesses be better today and tomorrow.

We are experts at delivering enterprise software, tailored solutions, and quality services across some of the world’s most trusted technology ecosystems, including Atlassian, AWS, Slack, GitLab, Monday.com and Aha!

We make change happen. From anywhere.

Our flexible, remote-first way of working means that work can fit around your life, rather than your life fitting around work.

About veniture

veniture recently became part of The Adaptavist Group, so although the focus of your work will be across the DACH region, you will be part of a wider global network that will be on hand to support you in your role.

veniture is an IT consulting and agile software development company that implements solutions to make use of Atlassian products. We work with flat hierarchies and self-organised teams.

What makes us strong as a team? Open and direct communication at eye level - trust, personal responsibility, and co-determination in an agile working environment. Team spirit is especially important to us; we treat each other with respect and appreciation.

Maximum freedom: With remote work and flexible working hours, we ensure a good work-life balance for our employees.

Modern work tools are our basis for smooth cooperation. This includes deciding for yourself which hardware (Mac, Windows, or iPhone) you want to work with.

We welcome everyone who wants to go above and beyond and will support you in your further training measures. Our Team Leads see themselves as enablers and mentors.

Some of our benefits include;

Whether it's yoga, boxing, or your workout in the gym: practice your favourite sport with your discounted membership in the Urban Sports Club

Legendary after-work events: We regularly round off our working day together, for example, at the Grill & Chill on our office terrace.

Corporate benefits: benefit from job tickets, capital-forming benefits, and much more

A work environment that cultivates the feeling of belonging and recognises individual contribution

About the role

We’re excited to be looking for an Atlassian Sales Manager to join our team of talented professionals here at veniture.

In your role as Atlassian Sales Manager, you will actively support our licensing and services business for individual IT solutions for existing and new customers.

You will help us to focus on our customers, optimize our service and have a direct influence on the success of the company.

Are you eager to learn and looking for a challenge? Would you like to use your skills to help us grow our business? Then apply now and become part of a motivated team that will support and accompany you at all times.

What you'll be doing

Together with your team, you expand the customer structure and develop new approaches for the long-term, strategic development of our range of services and their marketing and be tasked with the following:

- Qualify and answer customer enquiries and build up a trusting relationship with potential customers.

- Look after your own customer base and develop it continuously.

- Accompany our customers throughout the entire sales phase and develop suitable solutions in cooperation with the specialist teams.

- Support your sales team during pitches and prepare corresponding presentations. With the help of demos in German or English, you help customers understand which products best fit their requirements.

- Become an expert on our service and product portfolio and will always focus on customer benefits.

- Take responsibility for the success of the company. To this end, you actively follow up on open offers and always have an overview of pending and current orders.

What we're looking for

- Relevant work experience in Atlassian sales or a comparable position

- Commercial training or a degree in business informatics, business administration, media management, corporate communications or a comparable course of study.

- Organisational skills and the ability to solve problems

- Reliability and initiative as well as teamwork and communication skills

- A structured and independent way of working as well as independent and self-reliant thinking and acting

- Ability to find your way around new software and are interested in the latest technology trends.

- Strong written and spoken German and English skills.
