We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to orchestrate the rhythm of the Product Support organization and help us operate with clarity and agility. You will work with the Product Support leadership team to facilitate planning and OKR achievement, lead organization-wide organizational change and communication, and event planning. You will also work with cross-functional collaborators to lead strategic programs aligned with our 2024 business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who is a strategic problem solver and is passionate about having an outsized impact on operational processes and team engagement. 

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Partner and coordinate across Product Support to drive cross-functional programs with senior leadership-level visibility, providing alignment on goals and milestones

  • Facilitate, iterate on, and measure attainment of our organizational goals and milestones

  • Develop a half-yearly planning process with senior leadership, including a prioritization framework that's inclusive and scalable

  • Lead organization-wide change management and communication efforts for business-critical initiatives

  • Spearhead event planning and organizational All Hands with a focus on building community and engagement

  • Drive clarity and efficiency within the leadership team by orchestrating effective meeting times, organizing the agendas, and ensuring clear timelines and drivers for resulting actions

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 6+ years of project/program management experience

  • A strategic mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and scalability

  • Stellar communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and global teams

  • Demonstrated ability in excellent decision quality, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills

  • A strong passion for building community while driving efficiency and organization

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Expertise with SQL and visualization tools like Tableau, Mode, Looker, or Zendesk Explore

  • Experience as a program manager within a product support organization
