About the Role
Are you a creative designer who enjoys producing both static and motion digital ads in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Static & Motion Ad Designer to create engaging ad assets for social media campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists to bring campaign ideas to life while ensuring your designs drive real results.

What You’ll Do
Design static and motion digital ads based on creative briefs (Meta is the main platform).
Adapt and repurpose assets for different formats, sizes, and platforms.
Follow brand guidelines and templates for consistent, high-quality designs.
Organize and manage files in shared folders for smooth teamwork.
Deliver a high volume of creative work—typically 6–8 ads per day—while maintaining accuracy.
Collaborate asynchronously with team members to ensure designs align with campaign goals.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of graphic design experience creating digital ads (Meta preferred).
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Understanding of performance-driven design (direct-response principles, A/B testing).
Experience in an agency or fast-paced production environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured briefs independently.
Up-to-date with social media trends and curious about using AI tools in design.
Nice to Have
Experience using Google Slides and Docs for reviews.
Motion graphics or simple animation skills (GIFs, light movement in After Effects).
Familiarity with regulated industries and their approval processes.
Application Process: Initial Interview -> Profile and Portfolio Review -> Creative Test -> GA Final Interview -> Client Interview Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.
