What you’ll do:
Join as an early member of the growing Wonders design team and meaningfully contribute to shaping the team’s culture and processes
Own the user experience for key high-visibility product initiatives at Wonders, all the way from initial concepting and prototyping through to development, launch, and continued iteration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and more
Participate in and lead user interviews and user research to ensure we’re always solving for their core needs
Working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning and growing
About you:
5+ years of UX design experience
Demonstrated experience owning and driving design from ideation through to implementation and iteration
Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills, especially with product and engineering but also with cross-functional teams and leads
Experience conducting user interviews and user research
Bias for action and a drive to get things done, wearing multiple hats as needed
Excitement to build products for restaurant owners and operators
Bonus points:
Experience building 0 to 1 products
Experience contributing to and/or creating design systems and tooling
Experiencing coaching and/or mentoring other design team members
Experience working in the restaurant industry or on restaurant technology
