Pinterest is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to drive Trust & Safety outcomes in partnership with engineering, product, design and Ops.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive Trust & Safety programs based on current and emerging needs, ensuring scope, responsibilities, and ownership are well-established, risks are proactively identified and mitigated and that programs are executed and landed successfully.

  • Establish and own relationships with key partners across Trust & Safety as their strategic and execution partner for delivering high impact programs.

  • Find medium to long term opportunities to drive efficiencies across Trust & Safety holistically and individual programs to meet product, business, and OKR requirements while also streamlining engineering efforts and cost. 

  • Advocate for product and execution changes where necessary. 

 

What we're looking for:

  • BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (10+ years in a technical or analytical role).

  • Strong technical breadth and judgment - ability to quickly ramp up and go deep on a range of technologies, ability to identify technical risks and tradeoffs.

  • Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to manage ambiguity.

  • Focus on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, organizational awareness, and ability to persuade others to accomplish program objectives while holding yourself and your team to a high standard of accountability.

  • Experience driving Trust & Safety programs highly desirable.
