Pinterest is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to drive Trust & Safety outcomes in partnership with engineering, product, design and Ops.
What you’ll do:
Define and drive Trust & Safety programs based on current and emerging needs, ensuring scope, responsibilities, and ownership are well-established, risks are proactively identified and mitigated and that programs are executed and landed successfully.
Establish and own relationships with key partners across Trust & Safety as their strategic and execution partner for delivering high impact programs.
Find medium to long term opportunities to drive efficiencies across Trust & Safety holistically and individual programs to meet product, business, and OKR requirements while also streamlining engineering efforts and cost.
Advocate for product and execution changes where necessary.
What we're looking for:
BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (10+ years in a technical or analytical role).
Strong technical breadth and judgment - ability to quickly ramp up and go deep on a range of technologies, ability to identify technical risks and tradeoffs.
Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to manage ambiguity.
Focus on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, organizational awareness, and ability to persuade others to accomplish program objectives while holding yourself and your team to a high standard of accountability.
Experience driving Trust & Safety programs highly desirable.
