Twilio is on an exhilarating growth journey and we’re searching for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our Voice Connectivity product team, specializing in Branded Calling. Twilio is revolutionizing global connectivity with Branded Calling, transforming ordinary phone calls into impactful brand experiences. In this role you will drive this evolution and own how this transformative technology is leveraged by our extensive suite of Voice Communications products and services. Twilio’s Voice Connectivity team is on a mission to enable businesses to create seamless, personalized communications that resonate with their customers, and we want you to join us!

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate these requirements into user stories

  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics

  • Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Partner with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to obtain product adoption and growth

  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments.

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS

  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies

  • Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals

  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges

  • Experience with developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize product profitability and market competitiveness

  • Proven experience with integrating third-party APIs to expand service capabilities and features

  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive API documentation for internal and external stakeholders

  • Skilled in using curl for testing and interfacing with APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality

  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry best practices, regulations, and compliance standards

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Desired:

  • Experience working with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems

  • Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience

Location

This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $149,000 to 186,800 

Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $158,000 to 197,800 

  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
