Staff Product Manager - Trust & Safety Generalist

The Trust & Safety organization is dedicated to ensuring that all Pinners have a safe experience on Pinterest. We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead  cross-functional working groups focused on our most challenging safety problems. 

What you’ll do:

• Drive the strategy, roadmap and execution for key safety priorities (illustrative examples include child safety and unsafe video)

• Develop a deep understanding of machine learning model development and measurement

• Act as a liaison between Trust & Safety and other product teams at Pinterest 

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years product management experience

• 3+ years of Trust & Safety experience

• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

• Attention to detail and comfort solving ambiguous product problems

• Great business judgment, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking

• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders
