The Reddit Pro team is a hub that connects consumers and power users on Reddit. Our mission is to create a product that helps brands, organizations, and power contributors thrive on Reddit.

As Staff Product Manager, Reddit Profiles, you will redefine what it means to have a presence on Reddit. Profiles aren’t just spaces to house contributions—they’re dynamic hubs for self-expression, storytelling, and reputation-building. You’ll lead the development of a holistic strategy that empowers users to showcase their personalities, achievements, and community impact while helping power contributors amplify their voices and thrive across the platform.

In collaboration with the Reddit Pro team, you will also focus on supporting businesses in building their presence on Reddit by engaging authentically with the Reddit community.

This role requires setting a bold vision and strategy, driving execution, and collaborating across Consumer Products, Ads, Community, Product Marketing, Data Science, and more. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align on key goals and deliver a profile experience that inspires deeper engagement and contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a vision for Reddit Profiles as a centerpiece for self-expression, community interaction, and reputation-building.

• Develop tools and features that allow users to customize their profiles with visual flair (themes, badges, highlights, achievements) while maintaining alignment with Reddit’s brand ethos.

• Collaborate with the Reddit Pro team to design and implement tools that enable businesses to showcase product discussions and show up in the most authentic form

• Leverage insights from data science and user research to craft features that resonate with Reddit’s diverse audience, from casual users to top contributors.

• Prioritize features that enhance user safety, privacy, and control over their online presence, ensuring a secure and trusted environment.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience and experience leading 0-1 products

• Proven experience building product vision, goal setting, strategy and execution

• Experience shipping B2C/Consumer products that have had meaningful impact (metric and user experience)

• Demonstrated experience leading teams, defining team goals and success metrics

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the minutia. 

• Adept in writing detailed product execution and strategy documents with extreme clarity

• Compelling influencer with great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align a diverse group of stakeholders towards a common goal
