The BlackbaudDonor Managementteam is looking for the right candidate to join us asStaffProduct Manager, working on the portfolio of solutions within this Product Pillar team. This in an incredibly exciting andimportant rolein transforming a key part of the product portfolio, driving step-function improvements in customer outcomes, automation, delightful user experiences, and higher product margins.

We'relooking foramarket-drivenProduct Manager tocollaboratecross-functionallyandexecutethe product lifecyclewith a focus on high-qualitydelivery. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and cross-functional execution. You will guide product development,executethe product roadmap, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing,customer success,and sales to launch successful products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirementsand createclear,consistentuser storiesand acceptance criteriaforprioritized backlogs inourconstituent relationship managementand analyticssolutions. 

• Ensurerequirementsalignwith Engineering, Corporate IT, Cyber Security, Finance and Infrastructure Engineering,and Cloud Operationspriorities and workflows.

• Partner withDesign,Marketing andSolutionsteams to plan, execute and launch new features and enhancements across product lines.

• Monitor and analyze the performance,usageand feedback of the database system, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.

• Lead the adoptionof productsthroughout the organization andwithour customers.

• Provide guidance on the prioritization of product backlogs to guide product teams in developing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3 to5years experiencewithin Product Management

• Ability to runcriticalinitiatives and are comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization.

• A pragmatic understanding of technologies, systems, and tools in an ever-changing environment and ability to prioritizeand cansupport your decision-making through data and narrative.

• Experience with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.

• Ability to deliver products that meet required standards of quality,securityand operability
