About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing user accounts, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems, and supporting our team with technical onboarding and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration, cybersecurity practices, networking, and experience with a range of software and hardware management tools.
What you’ll do
Manage provisioning of user accounts across various platforms, ensuring accurate access controls and compliance with security policies
Administer endpoint management, including policy curation, Operating System upgrades, and software updates
Oversee workspaces, including spam filter management, integration approvals, and general administration
Implement and maintain tech integrations such as Single Sign-On (SSO)
Provide technical support for new user onboarding, including troubleshooting VPN, inventory and codes, and supporting general tech-related queries
Plan and execute future IT projects, including Security information and event management (SIEM), SSO expansions, endpoint management enhancements, and VPN/networking improvements
Support tools and systems set up for our New York City & San Francisco offices
Experience with SOC2/ISO27001 audits and follow up execution
What you’ll need
At least 5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role, with a strong focus on user account management, IT security, and systems integration
Experience with SSO technologies, preferably with knowledge of System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) for automated provisioning
Strong understanding of networking and virtual private clouds
Experience with SIEM technologies and log source management
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and future IT infrastructure enhancements
Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices
Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies or processes as required
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Ability to travel to the New York City or San Francisco office as needed

Salary range: $120,000-$200,000
