We're disrupting hiring, and looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our team ASAP. You'll be recruiting top talent for emerging tech companies globally. This is a full-time role that is 100% remote/Work-from-home.

Some of the core responsibilities of a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Synapse will include:

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates

• Working with our sourcing team to identify the ideal candidates

• Submitting candidates for various companies and jobs

• Working on Tech and Non-tech roles

• Sourcing on some of your own jobs (on LinkedIn and in our existing ATS)

• Nurturing your candidate relationships, ensuring our jobs stay top in mind

• Negotiating offers and making hires

Must Haves

• Interested in Modern technology (i.e AI, Blockchain, etc..)

• 3+ years recruiting experience

• Tech Savvy

• Business-minded attitude

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Detail-oriented and goal-setter

• Passionate about helping people

• Interest for web-research

• Desire to explore exciting new industries

Compensation includes: Competitive base salary + 10% commission per hire made, 100% work from home
