What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a top national mortgage lender with over 4 million lifetime customers, offering competitive rates and superior services, helping customers to achieve and sustain their aspirations of a home.

Occupy a unique position in the market, by leading a high performing scrum team, ensuring successful delivery and execution of company commitments and large scale programs/projects. The position is part of the Enterprise IT Project Management Organization and will play a central role in delivering for a company focused on growth.

  • Collaborate closely with the product and revenue teams to understand project requirements and goals.

  • Implement digital integrations within AP's content management system (CMS) to support B2C efforts.

  • Ensure all digital integrations are ADA compliant to meet accessibility standards.

  • Monitor the performance of digital integrations and conduct testing to identify and resolve any issues.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the implementation or operation of digital integrations.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of digital integration projects.

  • Work proactively to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in AP's digital infrastructure.

  • Maintain documentation for all digital integration processes and configurations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital integration and ADA compliance.

 

What will help you succeed 

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the role.

  • Strong understanding of traditional and agile project management methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, etc., as well as hybrid management approaches.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with the team, manage project stakeholders, and interact with clients.

  • Ability to comprehend high-level requirements and articulate them to developers using acceptance criteria, use cases, and objective descriptions.

  • Outstanding ability to collaborate with business, product, and technical teams on project tasks.

  • Experience in identifying and reporting risks, developing action plans, and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Proficiency in using tools essential for the role, including but not limited to Jira, Asana, Trello, Excel, Notion, Confluence, etc.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar data tools for tracking usage metrics.

  • Experience working with CMS-based products, including understanding the differences between CMS-based and non-CMS-based solutions. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, SiteCore, Sitefinity, Kentico, Django, etc.

  • Experience working on both fixed price/fixed timeline projects and time & material projects.
