Prepare monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and reporting as a public company
Collaborate on streamlining and automating tax provision and compliance areas.
Build collaborative relationships across the organization.
What You Bring Along:
A real passion for fast-paced and dynamic environments, the ability to thrive in the details and adapt quickly to a changing environment
A dedication to think big, use data to drive strategy, challenge convention, and potentially reinvent how work is done
A proficiency in optimizing processes and programs with a keen understanding of the balance between structure and flexibility
And some of the basics:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
CPA and/or MS in Tax strongly preferred
3+ years of progressive, relevant experience across both industry and large accounting firm working with global companies
Tax provision experience
Strategic, critical thinker who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds; real passion for problem solving
Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, and lead change
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and leadership skills combined with interest and experience in process improvement, automation, and efficiency
Experience with NetSuite or Alteryx is a plus
A sense of humor and ability to roll with the punches definitely a plus
