We’re looking to bring a seasoned product leader to join our team and have broad impact across our portfolio, driving our DC&S product and GTM strategy.

The Cribl Product Management team sits at the center of the entire company, responsible for ensuring that the product strategy and execution aligns closely with our customers’ needs and company values. Product Managers at Cribl go beyond delivery of features and ensure that we are creating value, lowering barriers of entry and accelerating adoption through the entire customer journey. Cribl Product Managers are truly cross-functional and require technical depth, value user experience and work alongside marketing, sales, services and many other teams to continue Cribl’s leading position in the IT, Security and Observability markets.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Utilize data and analytics  to conduct market research, assess competition, and generate product insights that inform decision-making required for building the right features and capabilities. 

  • Drive our product strategy, roadmap, and GTM

  • Grow our partner ecosystem.

  • Present to our senior leadership to ensure alignment

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and our TAP team to support GTM efforts.

  • Work deeply with engineering teams, UX and other product teams to consistently focus on creating high-value products and experiences that align with Cribl’s mission of delivering transformative user experiences to IT and Security practitioners.

  • Engage deeply with our field teams and customers in order to remove blockers, and enable new logos, expansions, and renewals.

  • Be an example for the team and mentor PMs of all levels.

  • Help guide and learn from our team of experts in engineering and our sales teams. We have one of the best field teams in the business!

  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You Got It - We Want It

  • 10 or more years driving broad efforts across a product portfolio.

  • In depth experience building and launching cloud-based products across the full-lifecycle

  • Experience working in a highly technical domain and driving large technical initiatives

  • Experience driving decisions from analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Heap, and Amplitude

  • Must be a strong communicator both orally and written. You must be able to articulate the value of the product and the problems we are solving to a range of different audiences including customers, leadership, engineering, UX, field, marketing, and support. 

  • Must be comfortable speaking at industry events to represent the product.

  • You love to learn and are insatiably curious.

  • You are excited to roll up your sleeves and use the product. Customer empathy is essential. You must be able to demo the product and show realistic scenarios in order to drive home the value

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in remote first companies and know how to navigate a large distributed team

  • Comfortable driving large strategic efforts and getting buy-in from executive stakeholders

  • Background working with Enterprise data products and pipelines

  • Experience building AI model-driven experiences

  • Experience working with a large variety of IT and Security tools and technologies and how best to integrate and onboard data

  • Experience working with products that are deployed across multiple types of environments and infrastructure (Cloud, on-prem, hybrid, containers / K8s)

  • A seasoned public speaker

  • No fear! Speak your mind

  • Good jokes, or maybe better, bad jokes

  • A Love for goats

Salary Range ($225,000 - $265,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus
