Job Summary:

At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing solar energy and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Channel Partner team. The Channel Partner team is focused on providing Posigen Leases to solar installers seeking alternative financing methods for their customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and optimize Salesforce processes and integrations. This position is open to remote candidates legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, & VA.

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain user roles, profiles, security, and access

  • Manage standard and custom objects, such as pages, fields, formulas

  • Add and update workflows, rules, formulas, and triggers to manage standard and custom objects

  • Responsible for data management, including mass updates, deletes and extracts in addition to regular deduping and data clean up

  • Create and maintain custom report types to support the user teams

  • Support integrations of Salesforce third party applications

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce.com releases, technologies, applications, and integrations

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and share best practices and increase Salesforce knowledge across the Channel organization

  • Develop relationships that promote trust and increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support in creating and maintaining detailed set of instructions and system configuration, flowcharts, and other documentation as needed 

  • Partner with product managers business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.

  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved within a timely manner                 

  • Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance,

efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with technical and non-technical resources. 

Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in (e.g., computer science, computer/software engineering, or similar) and Salesforce Administrator/Developer Certification preferred

  • 3-5 years’ experience of Salesforce org administration

  • Strong salesforce product knowledge of Sales cloud and Service cloud 

  • Experience with SFDC Data Loader/JitterBit is required

  • Experience with Process Builder and Flows is required 

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning App Builder is preferred

  • Experience creating and/or updating Visualforce pages is preferred

  • Experience with Docusign and Drawloop integrations is a plus

  • Experience with Sietracker is a plus

  • Knowledge of Apex programming is a plus

  • Residential solar experience is a plus

  • Fintech experience is a plus

  • Experience with Digital experience cloud (Partner , Customer Portal) preferred

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. 

  • The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
