Position Description: 

As a member of our Sales Enablement team, the Sr Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for training program creation and delivery, including collaborating with SMEs, creating/ delivering/ curating content, gathering feedback and data and updating content to ensure relevance and efficacy. This role is critical to the success of the larger Conga customer-facing organizations (e.g., Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Inside Sales, BDRs/SDRs, et al) and our ability to attain annual revenue goals. This position is expected to help develop content strategy, take the lead on projects, and mentor junior team members to improve their knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Helps identify gaps where training is needed

  • Follows the ADDIE process to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate content

  • Tracks, reports and analyzes programmatic data to inform programmatic adjustments – including creation and publishing of dashboards, listening to Gong Calls, and communicating to leadership

  • Defines and drives enablement activities based on working with the NPI process 

Must have Experience, Skills and Competencies: 

  • 2-4 years of global enablement experience including all aspects of building and leading such programs (content development, project management, event planning, reporting & dashboards, hands-on LMS experience, graphic design, copywriting…) 

  • Experience developing and leading training and enablement programs 

  • Instructional Design, Education, or training background

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, planning and prioritizing abilities. Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Sales Enablement industry tools (LMS, Content Management, …) 

  • Skilled in Snag-it, Articulate, Camtasia and Sketch (highly desired) 

  • Basic understanding of sales key performance indicator (KPI) analysis 

  • Excellent follow up skills and professionalism 

  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and motivate a team

Nice to have Experience, Skills and Competencies: 

  • Management of pipelines, territories, forecasting and processes 

  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar Sales Methodology

  • Familiarity with Sales Process

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience 

  • Talented and engaging public speaker with proven ability to facilitate group presentations across every level 

  • Experienced with MS Project or Smartsheet project management software (highly desired)
