Sr Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Sr. Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling the systems, processes, and analytics that power predictable revenue growth. This role sits at the center of our Go-To-Market organization and will be responsible for developing strategic revenue tooling & systems with our cross-functional teams, improving execution around forecasting accuracy, and driving accelerated pipeline generation across the field org. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable processes that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy across the revenue lifecycle
Identify inefficiencies and drive innovation across CRM, Revenue tools and processes for the Sales team that support GTM growth and evolving business needs
Own end-to-end annual revenue planning cycles in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Exec leadership
Oversee account, opportunity, and territory assignments in Cribl’s CRM, aligning with the company’s segmentation strategy and ROEs
Establish clear definitions, hygiene standards, and operating cadence to improve forecast discipline
Design, operationalize, and continuously improve forecasting methodology to increase accuracy and confidence
Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to drive execution on pipeline coverage models, forecast calls, and revenue expectations
Drive initiatives that improve pipeline quality, speed, and conversion across segments and motions
Work cross functionally with GTM teams to define and implement changes supporting the Revenue organization’s objectives and key initiatives

Proven track record in sales/revenue operations at fast-growing companies, demonstrating exceptional follow-through, productivity, and organizational skills
Advanced data analysis capabilities, adept at translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling presentations
Experience driving annual planning across sales leadership & cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring plans translate into executable operating rhythms
Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills, comfortable providing proactive recommendations to senior management
Enthusiastic self-starter, motivated to thrive in the dynamic, unstructured environment of a hyper-growth technology startup
Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, Excel, and Google Suite, with a knack for creating compelling visuals and presentations in Google Docs and Slides
Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to influence and align cross-functional initiatives.
Base Salary Range ($112,000 - $176,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
